January 2011. Since new tax laws were passed at year end, our software provider has been delayed in deliverering the necessary software for processing Form 1065 K-1. Historically, Crown strives to have all K-1's mailed by the end of February. We will work diligently to meet this goal, but wanted you to be aware of a potential setback that is beyond our control.
