Crown Executive Team

Crown Exploration II, Ltd. currently employs full time staff members, maintains ongoing relationships with three consulting engineers and engages several contract field personnel.

The Executive Team consists of the following Directors:

Shawn M. Grisham - President

Shawn M. Grisham is President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crown Onshore Exploration, Inc., the general partner of Crown Exploration II, Ltd. Mr. Grisham grew up in the oil business and is a founder of Crown. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1988 where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Mr. Grisham has received his Series 7, 63, and 39 licenses from FINRA. His vision and drive continues to carry the Crown Companies forward.

Shane B. Shanafelt - Chief Executive Officer

Shane B. Shanafelt is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Crown Onshore Exploration, Inc., the general partner of Crown Exploration II, Ltd. Mr. Shanafelt is a founder of Crown and also grew up in a family engaged in the well servicing business. Mr. Shanafelt attended Texas Tech University for 3 years, majoring in business. He has received his Series 22 and 63 licenses from FINRA. His experience in the field bridges the gap between the Crown Companies and our numerous well sites.

Danice D. Grisham - Corporate Secretary

Danice D. Grisham is Corporate Secretary and a Director of Crown Onshore Exploration, Inc., the general partner of Crown Exploration II, Ltd. Mrs. Grisham is also a founder of Crown. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990 and took post graduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. Like Mr. Grisham and Mr. Shanafelt, she grew up in a family involved in the oil business. Her meticulous direction shapes the everyday internal operations of the Crown Companies.
